Does Peek Pronto have new hardware?
A:

No. Despite reports to the contrary, Peek Pronto is solely a major new software release.

What is Peek Classic?
A:

Peek Classic is Peek’s original email-only handheld device. Peek Classic keeps things simple, with support for up to 2 accounts as well as the ability to view image attachments.  Peek Classic also has the bold font option and auto-correct features.  The monthly rate for Peek Classic is also as low $14.99.  Emails delivered to Peek Classic will arrive in 5-15 minutes depending on your email provider.

Q:
I already have a Peek and can currently text and register 3 email accounts. With the launch of Peek Pronto does this mean I won’t be able to text anymore and I have to eliminate an email account?
A:

No.  If you purchased an older model Peek that lets you to text and have 3 email accounts, you’ll always be able keep doing so. But we recommend that you upgrade to Peek Pronto—it’s free and easy (see Upgrading for details)!
